Important Notice to All Cardholding Members - Please Read

The Ripple Effect Business Alliance Inc. (TREBA) places great effort to bring each and every cardholding member a distinct business and consumer advantage.  (It is important to note that participation within TREBA implies that you have read, and consent to adhere to the notice contained here, and within the corporate Membership Agreement Terms & Conditions.) Should you require a copy of this Agreement, please contact your sponsoring company or The Ripple Effect Business Alliance directly.

In order to respect the independence of both the buying and selling members, and to legally ensure that the conduct of our membership alliance is of the highest quality possible, here is an overview of some of the participatory conditions:

The Ripple Effect Business Alliance Inc. (TREBA) administers a network of Members, for business community and advancement of corporate sales/success & performance.

TREBA facilitates this administration by issuing a Membership Card (“Card”) to each corporate or personal Member, and published material including Member directory, that is used to verify Membership and benefit from Member offered discounts.

References to Member include the Member both as a selling and buying Member.

Upon presentation of a card by a Member or an authorized user, the selling Member will: (a) sell merchandise or perform services to the other Member at a price not in excess of the ticked or posted price for such merchandise or services (b) honor any TREBA published or electronic material pricing incentives on behalf of selling Member unless TREBA validates that it was a published or electronic error (c) not impose any fees or other charges for the use of the Card for the transaction initiation and (d) not require any minimum amount of merchandise to be purchased or services to be performed, unless specified by current TREBA published or electronic material, under specified conditions of sale.

TREBA will not be responsible to the buying or selling Member for the quality or fitness of any goods or services acquired through the use of the Member community and Member card.  Transaction details and conditions will be the responsibility of the Members to achieve agreeable conditions specific to that sale or agreement. TREBA is not responsible for any conflicts between Members that results from any transaction, including and without limitation, overpricing practices or a Members refusal to carry out a transaction. TREBA acts only as an administrator of a network of Members, and is in no way responsible for agreements between and among Members.

There shall be no liability towards Corporate or individual Members for the negligent actions of other Members. Members act on an individual basis and are not directly connected through the Membership program, or the affiliations provided by TREBA.

TREBA issues and retains ownership of all Cards. Cards are not transferable. Cards must be returned to TREBA upon demand.

The Member will indemnify TREBA against and hold it harmless from all claims of whatsoever nature arising out of TREBA acting as administrator or in any way being part of the network of Members.

TREBA may amend this Agreement periodically. TREBA will notify the Member of any such amendment in writing. If the Member completes any transaction or Member obligation after the effective date of any amendment, the Member will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to such amendments.

The Member card is valid only for the remaining length of time of the sponsoring company’s Premier or Sterling term. The user with the name printed on the back is the only valid user. Any other user does not have to be honored by any or all participating Members.
